Mesari Medical's home care services were initiated based on the experiences of the owners' own mother receiving care at home. We visit your familiar residence to provide medical treatments and support for daily living.
Home care is not only for those receiving care, but also for the families who may feel physically and emotionally exhausted from caregiving. It allows for a balanced distance between caregivers and recipients, where lost compassion and affection can be regained, and mental resilience maintained.
For clients without immediate family, home care not only provides assistance with daily life but also fosters a trusting relationship through companionship and support, offering a sense of security akin to being with family. Nurses who consistently show care are always nearby, providing assistance.

À pied Care
À pied" in French means "on foot." Aimed at early detection and treatment, our mobile health screening service visits your local area to support a healthy and comfortable overseas life.
In pursuit of disease prevention, early detection, and prompt treatment, we've launched a mobile health screening service named "à pied Care." We will tour five areas in Bali, allowing you to easily undergo health screenings near your home—a unique service not commonly found elsewhere.
Mesari Clinic's nurses will conduct physical measurements and various tests during the visit.

Mesari Homecare offers supportive medical treatment and long-term nursing care in the comfort of your own home. In addition, we offer specialized care services and medical equipment rental.
Home Visit Nursing
We visit your home to provide nursing care tailored to illnesses or disabilities, assisting in preventing health deterioration and supporting recovery. Our home care staff are healthcare professionals with nursing qualifications from Indonesia, enabling them to perform necessary medical treatments under doctors' instructions. This includes administering IV treatments, injections, wound care, and managing ventilators. We provide care for those requiring intensive medical attention and assist in improving physical functions.
Home Visit Care
We provide in-home care services such as assistance with bathing, toileting, and meal preparation. We also offer companionship and accompaniment for those who feel anxious about going out or attending appointments.
* Please note that in Indonesia, the role of "household assistants" is well-established, so tasks such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning, typically performed by caregivers or helpers in Japan, are not included.
Bedsore Care
We provide specialized support for medical treatment and prevention of pressure ulcers (bedsores) that have occurred at your home.
* Please note that pressure ulcers, or "jokuso" in Japanese, occur when a part of the body is continuously compressed, leading to insufficient blood flow and resulting in tissue necrosis and ulceration. Treatment differs from regular wound care.
Visit Rehabilitation
We provide rehabilitation care at your home with physical therapists and occupational therapists to support the maintenance and recovery of physical and mental functions, promoting independence in daily life.
Physical therapists focus on large movements such as standing and sitting to rehabilitate physical functions.
Occupational therapists work on rehabilitation to enable daily activities such as holding chopsticks, dressing, and washing hands.
Medical Equipment Rental
We offer a rental service for caregiving equipment tailored to the physical and mental needs of our clients, ensuring comfortable living at home.
À pied Care
For the purpose of disease prevention, early detection, and prompt treatment, we offer a mobile health screening service named "À pied Care," tailored for those with minor health concerns. We will be touring five areas in Bali, allowing you to easily undergo health screenings near your home. Nurses from Mesari Clinic will visit to conduct physical measurements and various tests.
End Of Life Care
We provide nursing care tailored to the wishes of individuals who prefer to spend their final days in the comfort of their familiar home. Our goal is to ensure that those approaching the end of life can peacefully embrace their final moments in a manner true to themselves. We strive to minimize pain and stress as much as possible and enhance quality of life through compassionate care.
Angel Care
We also provide Angel Care, which includes all post-mortem care such as procedures, cleaning, and makeup. Our goal is to maintain the dignity of the deceased by striving to restore their appearance to how they looked in healthier times, minimizing visible changes after death. Additionally, we assist with documentation and local funeral arrangements upon request.

Consultation
To assess the condition of clients interested in home care, we will visit your home for a consultation. Depending on the situation, we will flexibly consider and address the details of home care under medical supervision, and provide you with a quote.
Contract
Once you are satisfied with the consultation, it will proceed to a contract.
For the contract, we require official documents that can verify the identity of the applicant or the person in question, along with an application form provided by our company.
Payment
We kindly request payment via bank transfer to our designated bank account.
Commencement of home care
On the first day of home care service commencement, the service supervisor will accompany you to your home to review the services to be provided.

There is no age limit. Home care services can be used by anyone who requires supportive medical care.
